This app has stopped working, looked for update but can’t find anything.

I’ve downloaded the app a few times because it stops working and now after attempting to log in numerous times, it just won’t let me. I have the physical card in front of me and it keeps telling me that my card number or date of birth is incorrect…so dang aggravating!
