I knew my battery was in good condition as I had looked after it for several years and still got great range from it. But how do you convince a buyer that you’re not just exaggerating? The answer, let this app monitor your EV efficiency over a few drives and get a thorough report. As the app relies on a good mobile signal to monitor all sorts of things that would effect the result (terrain/speed/weather etc), I had an issue with two of my drives being over the North Yorkshire Moors and the signal had dropped and so the drive couldn’t count. However, the support at Clearwatt was first-class. Same day responses and very helpful advice. Overall, a great app and customer service. You need to record 3 x 11+ mile (18km) journeys which takes a bit of time. You get your report after the paywall at the end of the data collection. The app is really easy to use.
