This app almost never works. the internet also drops and slowdowns. Not exactly sure if we will be keeping this service since they can’t seem to figure it out to fix. The worst app.  So frustrating. Can I give this a zero?

You apparently can’t report internet service issues with this app. It doesn’t even list the phone number to call for customer service.  I had to login to their customer portal on a web browser to do so.

When the app is working it’s great! However, lately I’ve had a lot of trouble getting it to load or it will say: the app is unable to connect at this time. There needs to be a web based application available if this happens.

The connection on the app to who’s connected to the internet lags a loooot while setting it up you can’t take each and do it all at the same time. You have to take one and wait for the app itself to know who is who. And most times it’s behind by about 5-10 mins. Also, if you have a smart watch that is able to connect via Wi-Fi be prepared to be confused on who’s is who’s.
