The most recent update has two modes that says Ambient Noise Control instead of one of them saying Active Noise Cancelling. When you start your headphones, it always goes to ANC instead of the last option you had it in which can drain your battery faster. Lastly, when watching movies or videos, it can develop a static and you're forced to turn off your headphones and then turn them back on. Not any better than other $30 headphones and less support. App rarely connects. No help finding a lost headphone. Now that I can’t find one of my headphone very glitchy and won’t connect to a solo headphone. Says there should be links for support, but of course they don’t work. Even when it does connect, controls are lacking barebones customizability (more than one option for one tap, more options for double tap, ability to control button) app is buggy as well, frequently toggling settings that I didn’t touch. Basically a useless software experience, forcing users to set an EQ and never touch the app again. I own their ARC3 over-the-earbuds. and the quality is the best. The app allows me to set either a Dolby Atmos EQ setting or custom and Smart EQ settings. The app activates Voice Control, making it easy by just speaking “Volume Up”, “Volume Down”, “Pick up” for a phone call and more.
