The app either said my email wasn’t correct or my password wasn’t correct. Second It took forever for the album to download on my phone. Not user friendly at all. First, you have to redeem a code after creating an account on a the webpage, then you have to get the app. The album associated with the code is supposed to show up in your library but if it doesn’t, you are encouraged to use the support tab in the app. You are then directed to send an email. The problem with this is that it won’t let you send the email. Somehow I logged out of my account and didn’t have access to my email I registered with. I emailed and got a response back almost immediately and fixed my issue!
