I can’t even cancel it and because of that I cannot reschedule. Many times it will say your bus is arriving soon when it’s literally across campus. It never actually gets there when it says it will. Sometimes I would’ve gotten where I was going faster if I had just walked. **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear about your experience. I don’t know if it’s the drivers not following instructions or an issue with the app itself but it needs to be fixed. It’ll have you waiting outside in the freezing cold because it says it’ll be there in 2 mins when it actually will be 10. I’m pretty sure the issue is drivers not doing what they’re told. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Out of Sync *2025-08-22* You will be told your ride will be there in 5 minutes only to be waiting for over 30 minutes, sometimes in under 30 degree weather. I could have just walked in the amount of time it has taken for the app to lie about when I’m being picked up. Fix the syncing issue. No matter how many times I try, I can’t register so I guess I’ll take my bad knees and walk in the dark to park n ride.
