I hate my life. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Disappointing. *2026-04-08* I hate this stupid app. Too many times I’ll book a ride and it’s telling me I’m on the bus when I know I’m not because I’m standing in the freezing cold. I can’t even cancel it and because of that I cannot reschedule. Many times it will say your bus is arriving soon when it’s literally across campus. It never actually gets there when it says it will. Sometimes I would’ve gotten where I was going faster if I had just walked. **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear about your experience. I don’t know if it’s the drivers not following instructions or an issue with the app itself but it needs to be fixed. It’ll have you waiting outside in the freezing cold because it says it’ll be there in 2 mins when it actually will be 10. I’m pretty sure the issue is drivers not doing what they’re told. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Out of Sync *2025-08-22* You will be told your ride will be there in 5 minutes only to be waiting for over 30 minutes, sometimes in under 30 degree weather. I could have just walked in the amount of time it has taken for the app to lie about when I’m being picked up. Fix the syncing issue. The system in which it assigns people to what bus is genuinely terrible. ### 1/5 — Worst App Created. *2025-03-06* I waited 40 minutes for a pick up that was supposed to take 15 just for the driver to drive off as I was walking up. They didn’t even come to a full stop nor did they wait over 5 seconds. ### 1/5 — Can’t get pasted the phone number verification *2024-12-11* I have deleted and redownloaded this app MULTIPLE times and I still can’t get pasted the phone verification even though I am entering the code exactly how it looks.
