Now I might as well be talking to an AI agent. Feels like I’m just a number and there’s constant guide turnover. I used to also be able to connect directly to specialists and develop a personalized plan. Now they completely got rid of them, and I have to take a class or it’s a group session with a specialist. Are they going to spend this group session to customize a plan for my kid’s specific needs and follow-up? No. Clearly it’s a cost cutting measure. I used to highly recommend Cleo.
