I think the most useful element of this service is provided caregiving resource suggestions, but in many cases I’ve found more appropriate options on my own. The social worker who is advising me is helpful but the people who answer general questions and connect with specialists need some training. ### 2/5 — not very helpful and also also doesn’t work *2024-09-19, version 43.0.0* The benefits and support tabs have literally never loaded for me. Cleo needs better web and desktop support, it’s silly that I can only read messages on the website but not anything else ### 2/5 — A hit and a miss *2024-02-13, version 22.0.1* The content and support this app offers is fantastic. It really is next level. The issue is the app itself. 1. Every time I open the app a get a screen stating ‘Cleo is updating’ EVERYTIME! This is infuriating and not aligned with a premium app experience. This loading page can stay on the screen more than a minute, then the impetus to use the app is lost. 2. When writing a message in the apps message platform, if you navigate away from the app of check some information in a different platform, the carefully written message is lost. 3. Links shared by the Cleo team do not open requiring the html address to be copied to a web browser. You then cannot navigate away from the page or explore other pages and have to return to the app and follow the process again. The actual support I have received through the app is fantastic and the poor rating is only for the function and usability of the app. ### 2/5 — Meh *2024-01-14, version 21.0.1* The app keeps crashing. Much of the information is hard to navigate and I frequently end up going to other apps to check for what I need to know. Ive been told this is for privacy reasons but there are lots of medical resources accessible on desktop. Also, lately the app keeps crashing for me whenever I open up my messages. Really felt like she gave me individualized and personalized support. Now I might as well be talking to an AI agent. Feels like I’m just a number and there’s constant guide turnover. I used to also be able to connect directly to specialists and develop a personalized plan. Now they completely got rid of them, and I have to take a class or it’s a group session with a specialist. Are they going to spend this group session to customize a plan for my kid’s specific needs and follow-up? No. Clearly it’s a cost cutting measure. I used to highly recommend Cleo. Despite multiple feedback, the app keeps requiring an update every other day, and it will not notify you of messages in your Cleo inbox, until you click and realize you have to update the app, yet again, or else you can’t see any of your messages, webinar sign ups etc. The app will log you out multiple times without notification, and you won’t get a message notifications. It took weeks to realize it and multiple messages to tech support. It’s very poor for supposedly established, well supported company like Cleo. ### 1/5 — App crashes every time upon opening on iPad Pro *2023-12-27, version 18.0.1* I have a 2022 iPad Pro 11 inch with latest OS system, but this app always crashes and is never able to be opened on my iPad. ### 1/5 — Video sound works on and off *2023-12-03, version 17.0.1* I’ve been trying to watch some of the birth education videos but the sound doesn’t work. I’ve tried uninstalling, re installing, it works maybe once and then the next time I try to access it it doesn’t. I’ve verified other apps have their sound working just fine and I’m just using my speaker.
