It creates well documented notes that are easily edible and saves me time on every shift. There was a recent update that is extremely annoying though. I am having to sign in between almost every encounter, and sometimes multiple times because it just randomly doesn’t actually sign me in. If this isn’t fixed, will likely look for an alternative service because the app is no longer saving me as much time and energy, which is the entire point of it.
