I paid for a subscription with monthly auto renewal. Money was deducted off my card. Can’t get any videos to open. When I try, the app acts like I don’t have a subscription and says ‘manage access’. When I try to manage access, it says that my subscription can’t be validated. I’ve paid. You have my money.

Do not expect customer support if anything goes wrong. They charged my card for the year when I never even selected a year. Do not do business with them, they are everything but professional.

Clunky app and the subscription and account didn’t work so would have to pay another £24 per month (though I had another 5 months already paid for!) crazy!! Not as good as old app. Would not recommend at all. Also videos are difficult with limited info for beginners and is very, very expensive for what you get (go watch YouTube for free! 👍)

Major meh if you’re trying to progress. The tutorials are alright but there’s not enough new ones. I meant to cancel before my second year started but I totally forgot to so I gave it another go. Still sucky app. And there’s poor organization too. Idk overall not happy with it.

Love Cleo’s tutorial videos. This app received a 4 star review specifically because the Apple TV app does not allow all favorited material to come up (maybe only a dozen) and the search feature doesn’t allow me to go back to main menu and causes the app to freeze up. Again, this review is specifically regarding the Apple TV app.

I have been subscribed to crnp for a long time now. It is amazing! So many tutorials from very beginners to super advanced. They are always so creative and not just something you find all over insta. The instructors are all so talented!

 I suddenly had this thought earlier that maybe there would be an app for it, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how smooth and fast it works. Thanks Cleo, for always going above and beyond!
