Get the previous years notes on paper, it’s the same thing and not as repetitive.

Aside from still getting duplicate question issues, sometimes (and I feel like this is mostly in the True/False portion) it’ll ask me something I just read, I’ll know it, and it will straight up lie to me. And then I’ll get the same question later, and answer it correctly a second time, and this time it will be right. So then I have to go back to the source material to actually know whats what. I have no doubt this is going to wind up costing me points on the test. 

There are also times in T/F when it says only a portion of an answer, and so it marks as false because its incomplete but the portion thats posted is entirely True and the additional missing portion isn’t necessary to make what is written work. Being incomplete does not actually impact veracity, but I’m unclear if its done because its been observed this is how previous tests have been graded, in which case its a good way to teach to the test. 

There are also some typos. Usually its pretty clear what was supposed to be there but theres a question mark at the end of one section in the Mental Hygiene Law that had me rollin’.

On the bright side, its ease of use (being on my phone) is a pretty major plus.

The same questions are repeated 2 & 3 times for this quiz! While I appreciate the amount of information included in the app, I feel cheated in regards to this portion. This is my only time I’ll be able to take this test and I’d like to be challenged in all parts before I actually take the test. I also notice that a lot of the questions are the same ones that are available for the Sr Court Clerk’s test. Please look into this. I scored high on the Sr Court Clerk test (Thank you!), and I’m doing what I can to also score high on this one. They’re no longer giving us questions that were on previous tests. These were generated by the computer, so please update with harder tests.

With the Associate and Principal Exams, it's highly recommended to read through the law and notes. The quizzers within the app are designed to quiz and instruct, but should be used on conjunction with careful review of all the provided materials. When doing the true/false questions , part of some questions are not visible, making it difficult to answer correctly.

The same questions are repeated 2 & 3 times for this quiz! (138 questions [???]). Some of your answers are incorrect (you’ll notice as you look into this section). Once again, thank you! If you notice, I’ve added another star.
While I appreciate the amount of information included in the app, I feel cheated in regards to this portion. This app is well worth the price. Very clear and to the point study material. Other clerks that have passed test with it recommended, and I am already loving it. Great to have on the phone to study anywhere.
