## Most critical reviews (5 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Great Device, Rubbish App

*2024-11-17, version 1.0.23317.1*

When I first installed my regulator and set it up it would notify me if I needed to replace empty bottles. This notification stopped after a few months and it doesn’t help that the app is hopeless. I can’t even login to my setup as when it finally loads it’s unresponsive. I find it gob smackingly stupid that the hardware is great and they can’t sort out the app/software.

### 3/5 — Room for improvement in this day and age

*2026-04-02, version 2.0.25148.2*

We recently replaced our regulators and being colour blind is always struggled to see the red change over button.

Enter the CompacTI module.

In this instance we have the Bluetooth version although I wish I’d got the cellular version as my walls are too thick for the Bluetooth to work unless I’m standing next to the tanks

First world problem I know.

I wish the app could push a notification to the phone to say tank needs replacing this would be a good option and a shame it’s not there.

### 4/5 — It has some issues

*2022-04-27*

Bluetooth was hopeless in my park home, just wouldn’t connect indoors unless you were very close to the ACO. Upgraded to the GSM model and I now get 6am updates 😊 Very frustrating that it randomly logs me out even though I’ve selected the “Do not log me out” switch 😕

### 5/5 — Log in

*2024-12-11, version 2.0.24344.2*

The new app now doesn’t remember your log in details or even ask you if you want to save them!! Very annoying 😡

### 5/5 — Great for holiday home

*2022-01-30, version 1.0.80*

No more worrying about the status of my gas cylinders in a holiday home. I have the WiFi version that connects to the Sigfox network. It uploads the status once a day (usually around 6am)

If I don’t check it after 5 days I get a reminder email.

Overall the regulator and app have worked very well. I have recently not been able to login, the app wouldn’t load so I deleted it and reinstalled it, immediately connected so I suspect that was an update glitch.

There’s a version that uses SMS but I opted for WiFi as the mobile network is a bit variable for my home location.
