I put in my information and got a server error. I tried again and got the same thing. I tried again later that day, same thing. I waited over the weekend, same thing. I deleted and redownloaded the app and tried again, same thing. I want to use and like this app but I can't get past the login screen. Update: Two weeks later still can't log on and still the same server error. ### 3/5 — Mr. *2016-05-23, version 2.2.1* Crashes a lot. Easy to use, however it's very difficult to go from one issue in "my chart" to another, and the control to go back to a site is on the bottom of the page, not the top browser. The recipes are wonderful and the encouragement to live well and live healthy is supportive. It would improve the site if current health issues and policies were given more complete and sophisticated discussion. Overall it is almost excellent. ### 5/5 — Outstanding *2013-07-27, version 1.1.2* Cleveland Clinic has gone above and beyond in creating this app. Having recently been a patient there, thanks to this app, I was familiar with the Doctors, facility and wonderful information contained in the Cleveland Clinic app. Medical conditions, healthy lifestyle and much more are in the app. Recipes, workout routines, medical dictionary are just a few of the many pluses. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No Pharmacy Functions? And why... *2018-03-17, version 3.1* Why isn’t there an option to refill scripts with the pharmacy. It’s so convenient to to do this with an app like CVS has (CVS is just horrible to personally deal with). And why do the functions need to take me to another app? I can research my condition on their website on my laptop at home. But if I need directions to the family health center where my appointment is or my doctors phone number, this makes it easy to find quickly.
