Even when something is wrong with the charging unit, the app still put a hold on your money without being able to charge your car. It’s been 5 days and they’re still putting a hold on 4700kr of my money which was supposed to be used to pay other bills 😔

As soon as you select a charging point, the app freezes.
There's no other language available, such as English.

Totally unusable.

For new customers: no chance to register -> there is no mail with activision link comming. I tried different mail addresses. And for sure, it's not in the spam folder..

Bei Preisen um die 1,30€  kw/h ist es einfach zu teuer ! Wer soll das noch Bezahlen!

Starting and ending charging is a pain and glitchy. Couldn't end charging session and forced to just leave it "open". No customer service available through the app. Charging rate nowhere close to the advertised 22kW even though fewer than half of the charge points at the station were being used. Overall very poor experience

the app is buggy at times. at the lego house parking it was initially not accepting the charging connector numbers as the field was too short. weirdly when closing and opening the app again the field was longer and then accepting the number.

Funktionierte in unseren Dänemark Urlaub einwandfrei. Übersichtlich und gut gemacht. Bezahlen wird erst während der ersten Nutzung eingerichtet. Visa, Master und Apple Pay sind möglich. Geht auch für Personen, die nicht in Dänemark leben.

Die App und Einrichtung klappte gut, leichter als erwartet. Kreditkarte hinterlegt und das Laden konnte beginnen. Das Ladenetz von Clever in Dänemark ist ja ziemlich gut ausgebaut, so dass man viele Lademöglichkeiten hat.
