I felt confident with the results. 3rd time using AI with medical oversight for minor medical issues. So much better than dealing with the primary care office and waiting to get appointments. It was 11:00 pm when I received appropriate and immediate medical attention. I asked them for several things, most some prescriptions. However they did not follow through. They have no messaging system or number to call to speak with the physician. I had to email their customer support and wait for them to call back. Instead of simply sending over the prescriptions I asked for originally, they wanted to have me make another appointment 2 days after my original appointment and charge me again. Definitely would not use again. I loved the idea of the connivence. Had to use it last week when I got sick. Filled out a questionnaire and got a response that was lacking at best. Said you have a viral infection here’s a nose spray and cough suppressant subscription. I never even spoke to a doctor. 4 days later I’m back at the doctor and they misdiagnosed what I had. I am a very healthy individual who rarely needs medical attention or medication, however, when I need it, Clever Health is there for me in a BIG way! Especially the prescription cabinet so I can get my prescription for less money. Now I haven’t tried the virtual care yet I’m debating on trying the primary care or just the virtual care in general see how it works. But if you don’t have clever health you’re definitely missing out. ### 5/5 — CleverHealth *2023-11-06, version 2.4.9* I was very pleased with the response time as well as the results of using this app. When I first came down sick, I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection, and they did prescribe a cough medicine and gave me other ideas to help me through my illness. Then one week later, I became sick again and used the app and found out I had a sinus infection. I was then sent an anabiotic to send to My pharmacy of choice and also other recommendations to help with my sinus infection. I prefer to use this app when I am sick. It eliminated me having to get out and go to the doctors when I didn’t feel well, as well as not having to pay a co-pay. I will use it again the next time I become sick. I used the Clever Health app for a virtual care appointment. After answering a few questions and attaching a couple of photos of the area, I had the diagnosis almost immediately and was able to send the prescription to the pharmacy of my choice. We had the prescribed eye ointment in hand within the hour.
