## What is CleverTouch Gen.2?

The CleverTouch gen. 2 allows you to remotely monitor and control your PURMO/RADSON and LVI heating system. Just connect your smartphone or tablet (WiFi) to your TOUCH E3 wireless central programmer. You can then easily change modes and corresponding temperatures, create and change day and week programs, set holiday dates for all connected appliances, rooms or zones. Improve your comfort while saving energy. The new clevertouch gen. 2 app supports the Yali Digital, Parada and Ramo range of electrical radiators. It is now also connectable to our under floor heating systems. 
The CleverTouch gen. 2 is the new app for the Touch E3 with firmware V3.05 or newer. If you want to use it, please update your Touch E3 and uninstall the old Clevertouch from all of your tablets and phones. Please use also the new server address if you want to use the webapp.

Suddenly stopped connecting remotely and control provider unable to explain to me how to reset device. Poor show; it’s worth saying it’s a French design and at times shifts language to French. Result — I will have to change entire CH system. VERY poor, unacceptable

Since the latest update, it asks me to log in, every single time I go to use the app. I’ve ticked the “stay logged in” box. Soooo annoying.

Après les problèmes de février, le mot de passe fonctionne à nouveau, j’ai pu réinitialiser et me connecter à l’app mais malgré l’option « stay logged in », l’appli se déconnecte systématiquement et il faut saisir le mot de passe à chaque fois qu’on la rouvre. 
Password problems in February have been solved and I can use the app again since a few weeks but despite the « stay logged in » being ticked, I get disconnected and have to use my password every time I need to open the app.

Since early January 25, I’ve been unable to login effectively as I did in 2024. The developer rectified some of the problem but still required password re-entry on every occasion.
Since 17 March, it’s now rejecting my entire password, even though it is correct

En 7 ans d’utilisation, je n’ai jamais rencontré de problème pour allumer et éteindre mes radiateurs à distance ou gérer la température par pièce. Néanmoins, dernièrement l’application a souvent été indisponible car impossible de s’y connecter. Le service client étant inexistant, impossible de joindre qui que ce soit quand ça arrive, et aucune information descendante de leur part, ne serait-ce que par e-mail : il faut prendre son mal en patience… L’expérience client est le dernier de leurs soucis. Quant aux mises à jour, ne comptez pas dessus… c’est incompréhensible, pas même un changement de couleur depuis des années :)

What has happened with the latest update ? I have to login again every time I try to use the app!!!! Even though I have ticked remember my password, it doesn’t remember it.  The app is slow but I understand the commands are relayed through Finland. But to have to login every time is painful.
