Crashes, massive load times, interface issues. It is not user error, it is app error. Period.

If it worked as promised, the APP would earn 3 -4 stars.

Ok, what is wrong with this app, a lot. 
  To start it will not allow a new user to create an account. If you have an app available on the App Store, surely you would like those that need something you describe to be able to at least access it. It doesn’t allow you to create an account, that to put it bluntly is plain study. When you try to get app support it is linked to another site that is totally useless...waist of time.
