A blizzard of useless information but the basics hard to discover. Where is my ticket? Do I have a ticket? Massively hard to use.

Started very basic. Now has facility to amend and book hotels and trains as well as trip info and approval functionality. Easy to use. Still room to improve but if a TP customer well worth having.
