Need help. ### 3/5 — Great concept until.. *2024-12-02* You learn that it is provably yours- since it is signed by you, time stamped, almost specific area confirmation while agreeing with your face to lock it on the blockchain. But don’t be fooled- it’s like everyone else. Once it’s on their site- the picture is there’s to do with as they please- including not paying you for any usage…but hey at least you can prove that you took it, right? It’s a shame as the concept is good ### 1/5 — Never signs error 5 *2024-09-22, version 1.10.2* Constantly getting an error 5 msg or a msg saying something went wrong. Can the developers fix this. I would love this app if it worked. I’ve tried to find online the reason why error 5 keeps on happening but there is no one that has an an answer. Im using a iPhone X with latest operating system installed. ### 1/5 — Not intuitive *2024-04-07* The open online didn't work untill I opened it as desktop . That's the only way to do a search ? Even then the interface was dimminished ... The app and system in general , is lacking essential functions. In addition , to even find it in the app store had to specify "click camera" . **Developer response:** Hi there! Viewing online might take some time after signing the image/video because executing the transaction on the chain requires additional processing time. However, this duration has been reduced since switching to zkSync. You can try switching the chain in the app info accessible by clicking the (i) icon in the top left corner.
