I mean, that's impossible. Just don't waste your time on this game, i can assure you, it's rubbish. The lab is quite good but I can't finish. The hospital is very confusing though. And putting a review in to say they need to make you be a character ipwont work. They don't check. You need to actually write to them in app support or something.
