The app often gets stuck on the “building custom menu” message making it unusable.

After selecting an item, there is now way to finish the order. The checkout bag icon does not work, there’s no way to review the order, your cart, etc. App feels unfinished

for two weeks the app has not worked. It just tells me I need internet access which I most definitely have. No way of contacting customer service. 

If you are in charge of corporate cafeterias DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!!!!!!!

I have the same issue trying to register an account. The app doesn’t process “my location.” Cannot complete registration without this.

The find cafe doesn’t work. The app is useless if I can’t create an account

My company switched to this vendor, but the search function doesn’t work during the account setup process to select my company’s location. (Zip, location, or typing information results in no locations to select).  So the account can’t be created and I can’t use the order ahead feature. This problem has persisted for days and not just on my device, for others too.
