First 6 months: the app was good. Since October it barely functions and regularly crashes. Tried all manner of ways to contact someone for support with absolutely no response. This is a great disappointment as I have found this product and app to have been highly beneficial. I wanted to recommend to friends and family and purchase more, but I now believe this would not be right. I have tried deleting the app, reinstalling and starting again. Nothing works. I’ve stopped using the app. Can anybody advise? ### 3/5 — Skipping pages, jumping back to the beginning - very frustrating *2021-07-09, version 0.8.65* The app itself is great and the rosary is beautiful. However when praying rather than moving forward it often jumps back to the introduction page, thereby restarting. This happens on all the rosary reflections. Means that rather than use in the car I have to be stationary so that I can swipe forward. Please look at having this sorted as it does mean you’re unable to reflect and contemplate as one would normally be able to ### 3/5 — Lukewarm *2020-11-18, version 0.8.63* Usable and I will continue to use it. If you are considering this app, I suggest that you only get it if you have an eRosary. Otherwise, use the original click to pray app as it has a larger user base, more functionality outside praying the rosary, and has a more intuitive layout. I would prefer to use one app instead of two. Below are things I’ve noticed with the app. The eRosary could be more accurate with determining if you’ve moved to the next bead. I’m not sure it’s that’s device or app side. Daily prayers are a day ahead on the Click to Pray tab. Which is confusing as they occasionally relate to the daily readings. The functionality of the eRosary outside the app is nonexistent. It might be intended that way, but I know it exists because it’ll vibrate for calls while the app is open. Also a vibrate to find it function would be nice, just in case. I’d suggest copying exactly the original click to pray app and adding the eRosary functionality. It might be better to scrap this app and just update the original click to pray app with eRosary functionality because Click to Pray wise it has hundreds of more users compared to the 14 prays including myself that I see clicked to pray by the end of the night. (I am imaging just copying and pasting the dashboard of this app to the original click to pray app) No link to buy the eRosary in the app. I found it online but I got my Amazon account locked twice and had to email Amazon in Italian (I’m a beginner learner #duolingo). Eventually I got it through Acer. (I know “I” probably wasn’t meant to order it through Italian Amazon but it was cheaper by $30(U.S.) but I thought it was worth a try. The second time was because I thought they wouldn’t lock my account again.) ### 2/5 — Not functioning well enough *2020-02-02, version 0.8.58* I love my eRosary! Unfortunately the app doesn’t seem connected to the Rosary. It doesn’t always register prayers and the health data sometimes comes up with correct steps that then disappear again. Also the app doesn’t always say certain dates are the correct day (today it kept saying February 2nd is Monday....) I am sure it’s Sunday today. Would be great if there could be an improvement in the functionality off the app. Thanks. ### 2/5 — Cant Sync App To Time Zone - So 2* *2020-01-11, version 0.8.57* The hardware is very nice though beware those with big wrists because its a relatively small band that it is on. The app itself is easy to use and navigate with some nice features. HOWEVER one big failure is to adjust the location/time zone. You think I’m somewhere in Asia going by the time you think I took my dog for a walk this morning. I’m in London. Interestingly, the alerts go off at the right time. Sorting the tome zone issue should be a quick software fix, so hopefully you’ll do that soon and release an update for us all, and I can review again with the higher star rating you deserve. ### 2/5 — Bella l’applicazione ma va in errore aggiornamento *2020-01-06* L’applicazione è lo strumento sarebbe bellissimo ma ha problemi con l’abbinamento e ora va in errore quando tento di aggiornare il firmware. Disappointing the app fails to take into account differing time zones/iPhone settings. ### 3/5 — Great idea, not great execution. Needs work. *2019-12-26, version 0.8.57* Has some bugs that jump you around inexplicably during the rosary. More frustrating is that the device does not communicate well with the app. You are supposed to shake the rosary twice to move in to the next decade but that doesn’t often work. You have to shake repeatedly. Also, the app is supposed to show what bead you are on on the device, but mine started out not very accurate and now doesn’t give any indication of the bead. I write all this because I really want this to work as advertised. When it does, it REALLY helps me pray the rosary as I never could before. Es erscheint dann nur eine Nachricht darüber, dass es nicht funktioniert hat. ### 3/5 — Why having an app in addition to clicktopray *2019-11-18* You could either add a German language version to this app, which would be nice, But including the eRosary functionality into the original Click to pray app would even be nicer. 🙂👍 ### 2/5 — Struggling with app *2019-11-16, version 0.8.54* The ERosary itself is beautiful - it comes wonderfully packaged with a smart looking charger. Lovely to wear and very pleased with it. It draws many people towards the cross and is a great evangelical tool! However I can’t really get on with the app. My hope was to use in the car however it seems to need lots of phone interaction which is a problem when driving. I don’t seem to have enough time to pray the decades of the rosary before it moves on and there does not seem to be any way to pause when required. Praying using the beads does not seem to help either as it moves on before I am ready. I love the idea of it and particularly hearing the gospel readings and meditations but the electronic side is not really working for me and more of a distraction. Being able to pause would be great. I also find the Bluetooth connection unreliable. ### 4/5 — USA English *2019-11-12, version 0.8.54* The app seems to work fine and is in English. The app can be used without the beads for “standard” praying. Beads are required for “contemplative” and “thematic” prayer. Beads can be purchased through amazon’s Italy site, and they will ship internationally. Total cost with shipping to the U.S. is $103.96.
