Second attempt and armed with previous learning enjoyed a great ride to Hythe and back in the sun - Thank you! ### 1/5 — SCAM *2023-07-14, version 1.23* Still fighting for a refund. They don’t respond and make you spend more than your need because of fixed options. ### 1/5 — Scam! *2023-05-27, version 1.22* They made you download an app, then topup some fixed amount but when you want to take the bike it fails due to authorisation (which my CC never asked). ### 1/5 — Waste of money. *2022-07-10* We rented 5 bikes - 3 had various levels not working from totally non-functional to literally falling apart (loose frame and wheels). App has no way to return defective bikes. So we paid for 5 bikes to get 2 functional and wasted an hour rental trying to sort it. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed bike *2021-07-04, version 1.0* The app is acceptable, but all the bikes offered are way too tall. Put in money and can’t use the service. ### 1/5 — Remove card *2020-09-20, version 1.0* Raised a support ticket in the app 2 weeks ago with no response. There is no way to remove your card payment details in the app and you can only add more. Cannot use PayPal either.
