I downloaded Clicker for our iPhone successfully. When instructed to download the app for Mac, I went in only to find out that it is not compatible with macOS Monterey version 12.7.6. Nowhere that I can find. Does it say that in the iPhone App Store. Please provide me a refund immediately.

Yes, that is correct. The AppStore provides you this information in the product page in the information section under “compatibility”. However, I’ll have a look and see if 12.7 support is something I can add.

Does not pair with computer despite trying about 20 times with different wifi connections. New MacBook and iPhone.

Scanning the qr code doesn’t really do anything. It does not show the dialog box asking “iPhone would like to control your presentation. What would you like to do? Accept or Reject “

I purchased this app and hopes to use it with a presentation, but it will not connect to my Mac. I have followed all of the instructions and have troubleshoot it for over an hour and it will not connect. Save your money and your time and find a different app

Have to reconnect several times during presentation!

Sorry to read this, and thank you for reporting it. Losing the connection mid-presentation is the worst possible moment for it to happen, so I take it seriously.
I found some further improvements to the connection and shipped them in version 0.12.0. If you get a chance to try it, I’d like to hear whether it’s better for you. And if it still drops, you can reach me directly via the feedback button in the app and I’ll dig into it.
