This app will allow you to backup photos and contacts, transfer files, take pictures and videos without using internal storage, and more.

This app will ONLY work with the external backup device it was designed for. If you do not have that device, this app will not do anything.


With this app you can:

• Backup all of your contacts.
• Take pictures and record videos that save directly to your external device without using internal storage on your Apple device.

This was so confusing for me. I did not want to back up contacts but couldn’t figure out how not to. I never knew when it was finished backing up photos and kept doing the process over and over.

It keeps stalling out and I have to repeat the process then the backup had very little in it yet it shows an area with all my photos which has the correct number but I cannot click on it.  We received this as a gift through QVC

This software has a lot of issues.  I cannot be sure that it even works because after waiting hours to perform a backup, it just sat there on the last photo.  I cancelled and it started over.  It also fails when your phone auto locks.  What can be worse than backup hardware and software that doesn’t give the impression that it successfully completed,
