I did not want to back up contacts but couldn’t figure out how not to. I never knew when it was finished backing up photos and kept doing the process over and over. ### 3/5 — Repetitive tasks *2026-05-30* It keeps stalling out and I have to repeat the process then the backup had very little in it yet it shows an area with all my photos which has the correct number but I cannot click on it. So here it is ### 1/5 — Not working righ *2026-02-11, version 1.2.94* Doesn’t stay connected ### 5/5 — Works great - simple process *2026-01-04* Downloaded the app, created an account, plugged in the Clickfree device into my phone, gave it permission to access photos and data, and it backed up all my photos and videos to the memory stick on the device. I plugged in the Clickfree device into my computer and I could see all my photos and videos on the memory stick as if it were a USB drive. I copied them to my PC hardrive which backs up to Google Photos. Worked flawless. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. ### 1/5 — Nonfunctional App *2026-01-02, version 1.2.91* I purchased Clickfree Pro about a year ago and I was able to follow the instructions and backup photos on my iPhone. Yesterday I attempted another backup. Nothing ( and I mean nothing) worked; I couldn’t even log in. Today I installed Clickfree on my desktop and tried again. Same result - nothing. ### 1/5 — Clunky and doesn’t work *2025-12-30* Followed directions, downloaded app. Only want it for photo backups but won’t let me proceed without allowing access to all contacts. Then try to backup my photos and it won’t recognize that it is plugged into my device. Every time I press the big green button “back up now” button it says to connect my device, which is definitely already connected. I have been trying to get it to work on my iphone 16pro and when it decides to recognize phone it just keeps freezing up. It will not send a verification code to any of my email addresses. I tired several times. I cannot be sure that it even works because after waiting hours to perform a backup, it just sat there on the last photo. I cancelled and it started over. It also fails when your phone auto locks. What can be worse than backup hardware and software that doesn’t give the impression that it successfully completed, ### 1/5 — Backup *2026-04-21, version 1.3.1* Absolutely the worst, out of 660 contacts, I got 32! Also they’re not in order alphabetically. As for photos, out of over 3000 photos it gave 6 photos! The rest are dark and it says they don’t exist. I haven’t tried anything else. So far I have spent 4 hours. I paid over $125.00 for this junk. If I could I would give it 0 not even one star.
