The app continuously loses data, even after pressing save, requiring you to input all the data again. This app has considerably slowed my efficiency at work. Photos are often missing when the work order has been sent back. The continuous ‘assignment updated’ voice every time you click save becomes extremely distracting. It is slow, unresponsive and unintuitive. Whoever decided to make an audio notification that you cannot turn off should be fired and never allowed to look at a computer screen again. The app destroys your phones battery life. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy and am glad to be returning to my old system. I’ve tried everything, it just doesn’t work it crashes, wish they would fix it, it awesome when you can run in tandem with a tablet in the truck. ### 3/5 — Better than existing APAC app but not Good enough yet..... *2019-02-11, version 20.0.27* - For the starters, Touch App freezes as well while working on the field However it is not that bad as the old FSE app from as we do not need to clear cache to fix the frozen app issue. - MAP insights (local map application we use to get internal network details) do not work. - App sync dictionaries multiple times a day, mid a task it would start sync dictionaries. Sometimes the status update radio buttons won’t appear due to this. - File Manager is capped up to 25 attachments. Latest 25 attachments are shown and can be re-sent if upload failed due to poor network but for anything older than 25 user has to search the respective task and go to attachments to check or re-send them which I think is not enjoyable experience for a user. - Found the comments text boxes difficult to edit initially but works fine now in field no issues reported. --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
