คุณหมอบริการดีมากค่ะ โทรมาสอบถามอาการ เบื้องต้น ก่อน ขอบคุณมากๆค่ะ

หาหมอทางแอพ แล้วทางร้านขายยา ให้แก้อักเสบมาไม่ครบ ต้องกิน เช้าเย็น 7 วัน แต่ให้มา 7 เม็ด แล้วเขียนว่าให้กินแค่เช้า ก็เข้าใจว่าถูกแล้ว กินไปจนครบ แล้วไม่หายจึง ไปหาหมอที่รพ จึงพบว่ากินยาไม่ครบ แล้วหมอจึงต้องให้ยาแรงขึ้น ค่ายาเกินจากงบประกัน แอพก็ไม่รับผิดชอบอะไรเลย ให้ไปคุยกันร้านยาที่จ่ายผิด ร้านยาก็บอกจะออกแค่ครึ่งเดียว คือตอนนี้ปัญหาสุขภาพที่เสียไป เพราะกินยาไม่ครบโดส ในอนาคตหากเป็นซ้ำ ยาเดิมก็อาจรักษาไม่หาย อาจต้องเสียเงินกับยาที่แรงขึ้น กับเงินที่ต้องจ่ายเพิ่มค่ารักษาที่ไปหาหมอ เพราะได้ทานยาไม่ครบโดส ก็ได้คืนไม่ครบ เสียทั้งสุขภาพ ทั้งเงิน
