But I have used it once for one garage, and all the spots dedicated to clicknpark were spots with issues. One was crammed into a corner near a wall in a way it was impossible to get into, others had big AC machines in the back that prevented to use the whole spot and made it tricky to park into. Il est possible de le faire de trois façons : (1) Lors d’une recherche, à “Où allez-vous?”, cliquez sur “Favori” pour en ajouter un ou accéder à ceux déjà enregistrés. (2) En sélectionnant un stationnement sur la carte, puis en cliquant sur le signet en haut à droite de sa fiche. (3) Via “Compte” > “Favoris” pour les gérer facilement. Usually use SpotHero but it’s not as popular here so had to get this app. The app is very slow especially when I need to add additional time to my parking spot I paid for. It lags and says “error” and there is no solution. Will not use again and strongly recommend using anything else. ### 1/5 — Got stuck in the parking garage for half hour *2025-10-10, version 2.6.7* My reservation ending on Oct 9 19:45. As I was trying to leave the garage around 18:00, I just couldn’t open the door with the app. It would just show error. I tried a different phone as well. Nothing worked. I called the customer service, they were not helpful at all. The first call transferred me to the people on site, but no one answered the call. The second call asked me to wait on the line and I waited for 10 minutes, no answers. So I made the third call, as I was making the third call, the door opened. So it worked eventually, but when I was trying to catching a flight, it was stressful, and the customer service did nothing to help but leave me with long wait. ### 1/5 — Can’t create an accounrt *2025-08-31, version 2.6.7* Waited an hour while “Creating your account”, then gave up. Useless! ### 1/5 — Stuck in Garage *2025-08-24, version 2.6.7* I currently have my booking as I write this. Entered Montreal on the 14th, and I leave on the 25th. Got an indoor parking. I still haven’t heard back from customer service to get into the garage and I leave in 2 days. Absolutely scam. I paid and got no assistance. The “open garage” button on the app never worked. Always had to wait on the kindness of building residents to get into the building garage. Driver beware!!! ### 1/5 — Stuck in parking lot *2025-07-16, version 2.6.6* Got stuck in a parking lot unable to get out. Number they provided did not help and they can’t open the doors on their own. People are supposed to diagonally park at this parking lot and people are parked straight in a narrow alley and sticking way further out than they need to . Plus there’s massive holes on the opposite side because of the construction happening in the neighbouring building . Making it impossible to maneuver ### 1/5 — Multiple bad experiences *2026-06-05* I paid for parking in TO for the weekend, turned out the lot owners were not associated with clicknpark (got a ticket). More recently I paid for monthly parking, the lot was sold to a new owner who towed my car with no notice (before the date I was told to move my car to a new lot).. which resulted in a ticket. Clicknpark told me i would be reimbursed for both tickets.. have not received any reimbursement. Ive spent 100s of dollars on this app and it’s resulted in me having 100s of dollars of tickets ### 1/5 — App keeps closing *2026-06-04* I’ve heard great things about the app, downloaded and seemed to be working fine but Everytime it gets to payment the app closes and I have to restart. I’ve tried 10 times to book a spot and the app keeps closing, I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting the app and redownloading. I can’t get it to not close, app just force shuts down and brings me back to the Home Screen. ### 1/5 — Avoid this app completely *2026-05-27* App does not work but is quick to take your money. Their parking lots are sketchy and the gates often malfunction. Availability shown on the map can depend on site-specific rules (time windows, capacity limits, long-term bookings), which can sometimes make a location appear available but not bookable short term. It just wants to assign me a space somewhere else. Lots of empty spaces and it says the lot is full. This app causes people to reserve spaces in advance when they don’t need it and then there are empty lots but no space. ### 1/5 — Worst parking spaces you can find. No quality control whatsoever!! *2025-12-16, version 3.0.2* If you are looking for the worst parking spaces available, places where you’ll damage your car, get stuck behind someone or arrive at a parking you’ve paid for where no spaces are available, well you have found the app for you. ClicNpark clearly does not validate quality of parkings they offer. I have used the app 4 times for parking and every single time was a bad experience. The last time, the parking they sent me to had concrete debris all around hidden in the snow and many people got their car damaged just while I was there talking to other clients while my car was stuck on a concrete block. I WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN. Reserved three different garages and was able to safely park every time. It was a small thing to open the bar with the app QR code but it depends on the garage and their system. My guess they all different and they all should “talk” to the App system so it’s probably not the Apps fault. Saying that they do read Google reviews and they react to reviews which is rare these days. Also I liked the option of extending time for a couple of hours and not getting charge extra. When you book the spot, try reading the GMaps review since some garages are poorly cleaned and some are much cleaner. ### 5/5 — One Suggestion *2026-06-14* I use clicknpark every day as I rent a spot on a monthly basis downtown. The only hassle is having to open my phone, open the app, wait for it to load, open my session, wait for it to load… then I can click “open door”.
