This hasn’t been fixed for months. I’ve left a gold star rating and simply because I would like to give you the opportunity to fix it. ### 3/5 — Hope for better *2023-06-05* We have been using this app for years but it needs improvement for better user experience. We use the messenger however 1) the app does not refresh the messages, there should be such functionality like pull down and refresh. We have to terminate and open again every time. 2) No notifications if a new message is received. 3) the messages are not grouped by number, you cannot search the history by numbers of keywords. 4) When we send a new message, it defaults to shared number unless you correct to dedicated number. I switched services for no fault of CS. However, the customer service was a bit of a struggle. Had to contact the CEO to get things done.
