## What is Clicksmith Support Portal?

Clicksmith Portal gives Clicksmith clients and team members one secure place to manage project communication, support requests, invoices, files, and onboarding details.

Clients can sign in to review active project requests, submit information, upload files, open support requests, view invoice details, and stay connected with the Clicksmith team.

Internal Clicksmith users can manage client work, review support requests, track project updates, log expenses, record mileage, and keep client operations organized while on the go.
