### 3/5 — It rounds your time.

*2023-08-11, version 2.3.4*

This app is not great if you’re wanting to use precise time. For instance if you put 1310 it’s going around to 1315. If you put down 1205 it’s going around to 1200. Maybe there’s a way to adjust this I haven’t found one yet.

### 3/5 — Slightly better than online

*2023-06-17, version 2.3.2*

Still clunky and cumbersome and spent integrate with other systems like outlook

### 4/5 — Missing some features

*2022-06-18, version 2.1.2*

Just needs the quick week feature

### 3/5 — Can’t copy and paste

*2021-10-22, version 2.1.0*

It seems I can’t copy and paste notes from a previous day’s entry to another day. That would be most helpful and save time.

### 3/5 — No iPadOS compatibility? Yikes!

*2021-03-01, version 2.0.6*

Great app except a major flaw in that there’s no iPadOS compatibility. If you daily drive an iPad and need to log time with an attached keyboard, you’re either doing it through a browser, or stuck with doing it on touch screen or your phone. The web version on mobile is pretty awful, which would be fine if the app worked in landscape for tablets. Otherwise 5 stars, but this is such a huge and easy miss, it’s only 3 for now.

### 5/5 — A beautiful looking app

*2020-05-11, version 2.0.0*

This new version of the mobile application is a huge improvement over the old one! The new application is very clean/modern looking and very intuitive. I really like how the buttons are sized and where they are placed. For the most part, I can easily do all of my tasks with one hand. I think ClickTime has put a lot of thoughts behind the design of it. The application is also loads and submits my time entries and expenses very fast without lags. 5 stars!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn't work at all anymore

*2026-05-01, version 2.3.8*

Honestly, it was never a well designed app. It's way too tedious to have to type in the account in the project and the task manually every time instead of having them autopopulate like on the web browser version. However the last few times I've tried to use it it didn't work at all. Nothing I entered was saved and it doesn't show any entries. Nothing is synced up with the Web browser version but also there's just nothing there at all and when I type things they disappear.

### 1/5 — Love Clicktime, but Mobile App Needs Help

*2024-07-23, version 2.3.5*

So for as long as I’ve had the ClickTime mobile app, it has a bug in it that they refused to fix. When you use voice transcription to enter a detailed time description as soon as you turn off the transcription, it deletes the entire entry. If you hit the return button, it deletes the entire entry. I have written to them and asked them to fix this and make it a zero day bug priority, and they refuse to deal with it. I understand that not everything is a priority, but I would think that any state or federal government entity, considering using the software would immediately rethink whether or not it wants to deal with a lawsuit over failure to maintain government data. Moreover, anytime an application is incapable of simply doing what it’s intended purpose is namely, tracking time, and providing descriptions for that activity, it’s a failure in my book. you’ve got one job ClickTime: now go do it fix the mobile app so that other people aren’t competitively disadvantaged and so that you can rise to the minimum expectations of a piece of time tracking software. I don’t want to hear from you that you don’t support voice transcription. It’s 2024, and everyone supports voice transcription. this review was made with voice transcription. I use voice transcription to enter my time descriptions on the web application. Telling your users that you don’t support voice transcription is kind of like telling people in a restaurant that you don’t have plates or forks. Time to get your developers to fix this bug and release an auto update or time to fire some developers who are in capable or unwilling to do their jobs. Your users expected and the 8+ years. I’ve waited for you to fix this bug is absolutely positively unacceptable.

### 1/5 — Click time isn’t user friendly

*2024-02-01, version 2.3.5*

Anytime you make any changes to your time off it will reset it back to the day you are on and a full day for time off.

### 1/5 — Avoid the stopwatch

*2022-09-22, version 2.2.0*

The stopwatch feature on iOS is extremely buggy. When you start a stopwatch as the first entry on a new day, it will show the time from the last entry on the previous day with the fields cleared out. The time will show up on today’s time entry page, but if you open it, it shows the previous day’s date.
If you leave it running, you’ll eventually get a warning that you left a stopwatch running past midnight. Saving the time saves it on the wrong date and I’ve seen it overwrite an entry on for the previous day. This bug has been present for well over a year since we’ve been using ClickTime.

### 1/5 — Come on…

*2022-07-22, version 2.1.2*

There is more than enough space on a modern smart phone to be able to fill out the time sheet in the more intuitive “week mode” just like on the web. Maybe arrange it vertically instead of the horizontal web layout. Also, I find myself constantly checking what the date is today (through the iOS pull down) so I know I’m filling out the latest time sheet. As a type of calendar app it is one your duties to make the users don’t lose there orientation.

### 1/5 — Don’t like the redundancy

*2021-05-04, version 2.0.7*

This seems to be a waste of time.

### 1/5 — Old version is better

*2020-07-30, version 2.0.3*

Navigating the new app is confusing. Why just not just improve the old app.

### 2/5 — Needed features

*2026-02-09, version 2.3.7*

Crazy that there's no reminder notifications for daily timesheet entry and timesheet submission

### 2/5 — Poor app

*2021-10-19*

ClickTime is always sluggish it deletes entires unexpectedly that you have saved.
Takes too long to upload images to expenses. Not enough character count for descriptions.
Freezes on saving. Too many glitches but unfortunately have no choice but to use.
Ok when it works first time.

### 3/5 — On track

*2026-01-12, version 2.3.7*

CluckTime can be a wonderful resource for staying on track with expenses and time management. If you make a mistake in the calendar however, deleting OLD timesheets is impossible! In this regard it is NOT user friendly

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Timesheet

*2026-07-11, version 2.3.8*

Very easy when you get the hang of it

### 5/5 — Like the app, dislike their billing

*2023-04-13, version 2.2.2*

The app works very well for my needs and usage. Clean, simple and intuitive interface keeps me organized. Customer support is good and they usually respond the same day or in about 24 hours.

If there is a negative about this company it’s their annoying billing system. It’s not consistent like any other business such as credit cards, utilities or any other subscription service that charges on the same day (or within a day or two) every month.
For example, I had two charges on the same day in the 2 week in Feb…one was for January the other for February then 2 charges in March, one for March and the other for April. What’s up with that?

### 5/5 — Clicktime Quicktimesheet

*2023-02-28, version 2.2.1*

All I have to do is remember to do it, and it is done!

### 5/5 — Easy and Efficient

*2023-02-17, version 2.2.1*

User friendly .
Note tab help keep records together.

### 5/5 — Great App for work on the go!

*2022-09-24, version 2.2.0*

I use this app on my phone to keep track of my mileage & timesheet, they are submitted directly to my supervisor who can immediately approve or deny them. It’s very convenient if you can’t get to your computer and you do your work on the go.

### 5/5 — Keeps improving

*2022-01-14, version 2.1.2*

iOS app keeps getting more useful and easier to use.

### 5/5 — I’m a fan.

*2022-01-10, version 2.1.2*

Nice to be able to record things on the go, smooth interface.

### 5/5 — Nice UI

*2020-10-27, version 2.0.4*

It is quite simple to use

### 5/5 — Very handy for remote/field staff

*2020-07-02, version 2.0.2*

We already love using ClickTime (web) but many of our people are working on different locations/projects these days and this app makes it super easy to track time, submit hours, expenses, etc and ‘pair that’ data with our users’ accounts when they can’t get to a laptop. The interface is easy to use, reliable and has a lot of great features. Supporting other mobile devices (tablets) with this app would be nice though, as some of our team need these out in the field. But overall great app and so useful!

### 5/5 — Super user friendly

*2020-05-13, version 2.0.0*

Great improvement from their previous app
