The only complaint I have is that in the iOS app, when I try to click on a linked doc, or I try to click on a website link, it doesn’t direct me to the doc/website itself. My work processes have been greatly improved. ClickUp builds personal assistants for me to accomplish tedious, time consuming work in minutes instead of hours. I use it for task and project management, sales, systems creation, and sales presentations. The AI is really good! The downside: steep learning curve. It’s so versatile and capable that it is also difficult to learn.
