使いやすいから愛用してたけど機種変更でプレミアム会員に。
結局、パスワードが一致できないため次にすすむ事も、出来ず今までのものが消えました。
なんの為にプレミアム会員になったのか。
600円返金してほしい！

仕事の顧客管理と予定を書き込めてとても便利です。ただだんだん重たくなってきて、数年ぶん溜まった過去のがあるせいだなと思いました。考えてみたら、せいぜい数ヶ月前まで見れたら良いので、過去のは削除できれば、軽くなりそうですが、細かく日々の訪問予定が残ってるので、重くて、戻ったり、操作をすると少し時間がかかります。でもとても好みの仕様なのでそのまま使いますが😅何か改善させると
助かります。

予約登録する際に、何度やっても反映されない日にちがあります。
違う名前なら大丈夫だったり、同じ名前でも日にちが、変わるとだかだったり。
いろいろ試してみましたが、原因は分かりません。

マイページにアドレスとパスワードを入れても、再度お試しくださいとエラーしか出ない。何度しても。

データが引き継げないのも物凄く残念だし、謎の支払い。謎でしかないです。

できないことは記載するべきではありません。全額返金希望します。大事なデーターなのに。
