## What is Client Compass?

Client Compass is a private bilateral delivery ledger for consultants, freelancers, and small service teams. It makes every handoff inspectable without turning client work into an unexplained relationship score.

Client Compass does not send messages, process payments, or provide legal or financial advice. It gives service professionals a clear, evidence-based record of what is being delivered, who owns the next handoff, and what will prove completion.

Client Compass 1.5 build 8 introduces a complete bilateral delivery workflow.

See your client work at a glance with the new Insights tab. A simple on-device dashboard charts your follow-up activity over the last 30 days, shows which channels you reach out on most, breaks down your open pipeline by category, and flags the relationships that are going quiet.

Never let a follow-up slip again. Turn on optional follow-up reminders and Client Compass will schedule a private notification for each open client on its suggested next-touch day, at a time you choose. Reminders are scheduled right on your device — nothing is sent to a server.

Back up everything in one file. Export all of your clients and their full follow-up history to a single JSON file you can keep safe or move to a new device, then restore it whenever you need. As always, your data stays on your device unless you choose to share it, and there are still no accounts, ads, or tracking.

What's New in Client Compass 1.2

Follow-through, made automatic. Client Compass now tells you who to follow up with, when, and what to say.

New
- Follow-up cadence engine. For each client, Client Compass suggests the next follow-up date using a proven proposal rhythm - a nudge around day 2-3, fresh value around day 7, a new angle by day 14, and a friendly close around day 21. After about four touches it suggests a new angle instead of another nudge.
- Follow-up history. Log each call, email, text, or meeting on a client. See how many times you've reached out and when you last did.
- "Due now" Follow-ups tab. A dedicated tab that surfaces every open client due for a touch today - most overdue first - with a one-line status and the goal of the next touch.
- Copy-ready message templates. Seven short, personalize-yourself scaffolds: day-2 check-in, value-add nudge, new-angle message, friendly break-up, gentle payment reminder, testimonial request, and reconnect note. Tap to copy; the app never sends anything for you.
- PDF client brief. Export a formatted, printable packet with your overview, smart brief, and every client's follow-up history - perfect before a call or weekly review.

- The Today dashboard now shows how many clients are due a follow-up, and the smart brief calls it out.
- CSV export now includes touch count and last-contact date for each client.
- Plain-text and PDF exports include full follow-up history.
