## What is Client Notes?

Open a client card and allergies and cautions are the first thing you see, in red.
Check the last service, formula and photos before you begin — calmly, every time.
Client Notes is a client record app for solo beauty pros. No subscription. No account.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Cautions and allergies pinned at the top of every client card
• Visit records: services, price, notes, products and color formula, duration, next-time ideas
• Before, after and design photos — draw notes right on a photo
• "Same as last time" copies a visit; a pre-service brief shows the last visit first
• Book the next appointment and see today's bookings with estimated end times
• Due list: see who is past their usual cycle (booked clients are left out)
• Ready-to-paste thank-you, rebooking and birthday messages for any messaging app
• Packages and prepaid credit: remaining sessions and balance update with each visit
• Signed consent and intake forms (finger or Apple Pencil), saved as PDF
• Before & after images with dates and your salon name
• Photograph old paper records and keep them with the client
• Import a client list from CSV; search by name, reading, phone or client number
• Today view and a monthly summary of visits, sales, average ticket and new clients
• Starter menus for nails, lashes, esthetics, hair and massage
• Works on iPhone and iPad

MADE FOR
• Home-based and suite-rental nail techs, lash and brow artists, estheticians and stylists
• Anyone whose paper client cards are getting hard to search
• Pros who want to check allergies and sensitivities every single visit
• Anyone tracking package sessions in a notebook
• People who don't need a full booking system or another monthly bill
