## What is Client Sales & Contact Manager?

Client Sales, Contact and Invoicing Manager is a complete invoicing, financial and contact management app designed for service oriented independent businesses. It maintains a client focused schedule of your appointments.  Integrated with your client contact info you can quickly send reminders, create invoices and track your important accounts.

Powerful invoicing function is included to create, email and print all types of sales and service invoices.  Invoice entry you can visualize the completed invoice as you go. The invoice entry view all of your transactions can be tailored to the unique needs of your business. There is extensive profit & loss analysis.

This comprehensive business app provides complete financial information including inventory control and Profit & Loss Info.   All information is maintained on your device and there is no need for connectivity or outside servers as is common with many of the more sophisticated business apps.

Financial Information - Is instantly available for any client, job or timeframe with just a few taps.  Information may be viewed on screen or downloaded for further analysis with any spreadsheet.

Help and Support - Context sensitive help shows by topic as well as how to movies.  Email, text and phone support provides to help with any questions or issues.

International Currency Dates & Dynamic Type (the ability of the app to change font sizes) are all included in the app.

Not user friendly even a little, constant pop ups.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your review.  A serious business app does take effort to learn, understand and use.  It's more involved than click here to buy, watching dog videos, or looking at your bank balance. We are happy to help if you reach out to us at support@jzmobile.com.  Your can also call or text us at 303-408-7732.   There are many how-to videos and over 70 Help topics to assist new users in learning the app.  Ultimately, if you are unsatisfied, you can easily obtain a refund from iTunes.

Not a full app. If you want addtional modules you have to pay for them.

1.  We offer email, text and phone support from within the app and always respond promptly. We have no record of you attempting to contact us.
2. You can delete customers and this is covered in the Doc & FAQ as this is a common question.
3. The app has been in the store for eight years and the invoicing works.  There are both movies and Help to explain how to enter an invoice included in the app.
Refunds: These may be requested through Apple as they have your billing info.  Google: "App Store Refunds" for details.

I was using an app that cost $9.99 per month and really didn’t do any more then Client Management.  I can enter my orders, print or email invoices and keep track of my progress. Everything is on my device and there is no need to sync with my pc. Had to contact support and they did a great job.  Have also added Cloud Sync and the Mac version.

Unlike many of these apps that want to charge a monthly fee, there is just on initial charge. This one does everything I need on my phone. Easy to start with because it has a contact load and interfaces with the calendar apps. Profits shows my profit by order and reminders automatically are send. I would recommend

This app has everything I need to run my small business.  Scheduling component to plan by day and time is very good compared to the calendar.  The big difference is that it’s integrated with the client and contact information.  You can even add a description.  From there you can generate reminders.  When the work if finished I can create an invoice right from the calendar and the total is automatically recorded in the calendar.  Had a little trouble getting the Cloud setup, but app support helped me out.

After trying more expensive apps and ones that need to use a PC I decided to give Client a try.  Complete sales, client and inventory information all in one package.  Also bought the Productivity InApps and the Cloud Sync.  Very cool to watch updates on my 2 devices.

In our business the client is king.  We are a provider of specialty products and want to keep our clients for the long term.  We have tried marketing programs that charge by the month that just didn’t live up to their promisees.   Although this app does not have all the bells and whistles of some it does what we need with a minimal amount of effort.   How to movies are provided and the support is really good.  Like it!

Probably unrealistic to think you can do everything on a phone that you can do on a computer…have tried several apps including much more expensive ones.  This one is the best so far as it can record simply transactions very quickly and easily.  It also has more advanced capabilities that are only a few taps away.  Client Connect feature is unique and very helpful in getting emails and texts to clients.  Have used both email and phone support and both were helpful.  There are some instructional movies which could be better done, but they communicate the info needed

The app does everything I need. Tracks customers, calls, labor and materials.  Uses the iPhone contacts and calendar so it’s fast and easy to set-ip and install.  I can send email invoices and get reports and graphs to see how I’m doing for any time period.  All of my history is instantly available to see what work I have done and there is a support function that can be used to get questions answered.  Would highly recommend!
