This is going to be a game changer! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Integrated problem *2026-01-31, version 2.91* We’ve been with Clientbook for about 2 years now. In the beginning it was bad, nothing worked as functioned. As a startup you expect these things, but years later we still have many of the same issues. It still does not work at all on android devices and limits a lot of basic functionalities you’d expect in 2026. ### 1/5 — Atrocious CRM *2024-11-19* Absolutely abysmal piece of software. I am plagued with glitches that range from minor annoyance (formatting issues when copy pasting/unable to see text box when trying to type) to absolutely soul crushing (it has deleted MY ENTIRE CLIENT LIST 3 times now). Our entire office experiences this and we are all extremely unhappy with this program. ### 1/5 — Very buggy app *2024-05-30* App continues to have bugs, coworkers and I have to frequently delete and reinstall app to get it to work. Messaging feature works when it wants to. The web based version of Clientbook is great, but their app is terrible. Fill out a help ticket, get asked a million questions send them screenshots and continue to have issues. It is extremely frustrating dealing with luxury goods/clients and having the same issues over and over again. A fifth grader could build a better app with less bugs. ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2022-03-12, version 1.120* Too many issuies often ### 1/5 — Poor App *2022-03-09* The app design is ok, although there’s definitely a lot that could be improved as far as layout and design. Where the app really has issues is performance. This app consistently glitches and bugs out every single time I use it. It always has issues with loading all store messages sometimes glitching out and only showing messages starting 2-3 weeks back. Not uncommon for a single conversation to have issues loading. Also lots of bugs sending messages where they take forever to show on our end after sending. Considering this is supposed to be an app based company I’ve so far been very disappointed with Clientbook. Don’t even get me started on their browser version. It’s only worse. Lots of potential but poor performance. ### 2/5 — New update issue *2022-04-25* App was slow. After this most recent update the app won’t even open. Evey time I try it crashes ### 3/5 — Not friends lately *2023-04-20* We have been having some progressing issues with the application including compatibility with other mobile devices that are not apple products - 2 sales associates have Galaxy phones and the service has diminished since the update.
