## What is Clifford Chance Litigation?

The app provides a guide to how litigation and class actions work on a country by country basis, as well as links to relevant articles.  Amongst its key functions, the app  has a comparison feature, enabling users to compare litigation procedures and processes across jurisdictions, such as for example, with respect to legal privilege, length of litigation, appeal rights, etc. The app's notification function enables users to subscribe to receive real-time alerts and summaries of the latest legal developments in jurisdictions of interest.
