Clik Jobs is an iOS app built from scratch to allow you to link with your Clik Service database. By making the most of mobile Internet and WiFi hotspots you can now access your Clik Service jobs whilst on the move. (An internet connection is only required to sync jobs). Clik Jobs provides an attractive and efficient way for you to select and modify jobs, just as you can in Clik Service. Clik Jobs allows you to add time items, material items, equipment and documents to your jobs - all whilst you're away from the office. With Clik Jobs, GPS allows you to track your engineers whilst they are on the move, their routes are sent back to the office and can be viewed at any time. Clik Jobs even allows you to attach photos to job sheets and take a customer's signature once your work is complete. You can create jobs on the device and synchronise them back to the office at a later date, for those times that a job starts unexpectedly whilst you're away from the office. Clik Jobs has been designed to function almost completely without an active Internet connection, allowing you to interact with and modify jobs whilst in the most remote parts of the country. It crashes often meaning I have to redo everything that isn’t saved. When you delete photos they get uploaded anyway. If you want to change something in a field it deletes everything below it. It seems there’s no way to just duplicate a job card and so sometimes I have to write up the same information multiple times. We would be better off just sending an email, actually I’d rather use the postal service than Clik ### 1/5 — Horrendous *2025-03-13, version 1.0.86* This app is completely rubbish. Do not use. I get in trouble for not uploading jobs when I have uploaded them two days prior. ### 1/5 — Very cumbersome *2025-01-16, version 1.0.86* Awful to see the white on green should be able to make the text bigger through the app so us that need glasses to read can make the text out , always crashing when trying to update jobs , very simple fixes but probably cost money so won’t hold my breath ### 1/5 — Very awkward ( When it works) *2025-01-08, version 1.0.86* Have been unable to use it for a week now, after highlighting customer it shuts the app down, not helpful at all. When I can use it, it doesn’t flow it’s clunky and badly laid out. I really don’t like it. ### 1/5 — Very poor *2023-02-16, version 1.0.78* It could be much better. Why when adding times to a job is the time (or date) button tucked away at the bottom right hand corner of the screen. It’s hard to press even with a small finger. Put it in the middle and make it bigger please. Keeps loosing data and signatures, so I have to enter all the details again. Lost signatures can not be redone as I have left site. The amount of times I’ve had to go through all my work because this just randomly disregard information is infuriating. Top tip: if your going to use this, use google docs as well so you have some trace of where you were up to before this messes up your data. ### 1/5 — Awful *2022-02-10, version 1.0.77* Always loses data you input, goes down all the time and nobody ever answers the support line, just puts you through to a very unhelpful answerphone. ### 1/5 — Awful *2021-11-11, version 1.0.75* Awful app ### 3/5 — Ok but clunky *2021-05-08, version 1.0.75* Would be great if we didn’t have to keep going in and out of the side bar to add signatures/times/photos/notes/materials etc... maybe having all of this on one scrolling page would be quicker for the engineer. Would also be good if we could see the equipment in the main jobs list so I don’t have to keep going into each job and checking the equipment on it is the same as the equipment I’m working on - this is cumbersome when I am servicing multiple pieces of equipment on the same site! ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2019-05-16, version 1.0.64* Seems great at first but is slow to operate, riddled with bugs and the UI is cumbersome.
