## What is Clima Calculator?

Clima Calculator is a heat load calculator for HVAC installers and climate control professionals. Calculate cooling and heating capacity quickly and accurately following EN 12831 and RITE, browse equipment and prepare quotes for your clients.

▪ HEAT LOAD CALCULATION
Calculate the heating and cooling demand of any room following the EN 12831 and RITE methodology. Enter the room data (area, height, orientation, insulation, windows, climate zone) and get the required capacity in kW instantly.

▪ ADAPTED TO THE TYPE OF PREMISES
Apartment, house, office or restaurant: the app adjusts internal heat gains (people, lighting, equipment) to each use, with a dedicated mode for restaurant kitchens.

▪ INSTALLATION SCHEME AWARE
Individual splits, multi-split or ducted — each scheme needs different equipment, and the catalogue changes accordingly, along with capacity, efficiency and price.

▪ EQUIPMENT CATALOGUE
Browse air conditioning equipment from major manufacturers with full technical data: cooling and heating capacity, SEER/SCOP efficiency, COP, sound level and indicative price. Models are ordered by seasonal efficiency, never by brand.

Generate a technical PDF report with the calculation and prepare quotes with your own company details, ready to hand to the client.

▪ FIND AN INSTALLER
Find HVAC installers near you and check their ratings. Important: before hiring, always verify that the installer holds the official certification. In Spain, equipment is shipped pre-charged with refrigerant gas and only a certified technician may legally handle it.

▪ MAINTENANCE
Save who carried out your installation and get reminders to clean the unit before each season. Find technicians for cleaning, maintenance or repair by filtering on the service you need.

▪ FOR PROFESSIONALS
Installers can register to appear in the directory and receive enquiries from clients in their area.

Available in Spanish, English and Russian.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-09-06

Revised prices. Equipment and quote prices for Latin America now match each country's real market — they used to come out far too high. The catalogue and prices are also chosen by the city of the calculation rather than by the phone's language.

Frigorias. In Spain and Argentina capacity is now shown in frigorias per hour alongside kW, both in the app and in the PDF report.

Six new cities in Argentina: Rosario, Mar del Plata, Salta, Tucumán, Neuquén and Bariloche.

Fixes: summer and winter design temperatures had the same label and could not be told apart; in the load breakdown, the ventilation load was labelled as air flow.

Important fix: going back to change the city or a room's data and calculating again showed the previous result. Every calculation is now redone with the current data.

You can now calculate without creating an account: the calculation, the equipment catalogue and the quote are available right away. An account is only needed to join the installer directory and to leave reviews. Fixed buttons that sat under the Android navigation bar.

Capacity is now shown in BTU/h alongside kW, both in the app and in the PDF report. The installer badge now reads "Documents received". Interface and wording improvements.
