I had some recent issues with the new app, then customer service got me to use my last 4 digits of my ssn with my username, and that prompted the needed reset of my account password and login for full functionality. Now it works like a charm once again. ### 3/5 — Mobile app *2026-07-01* The new upgraded app isn't very user friendly like my other bank apps.
