Developer is rude, unprofessional, and authoritarian. It’s either his way or the highway. Update: nearly two years later the developer proved my point by replying with, ” Climate Denialism inspired the game and is the reason I give it away. So thank you” Developer appears to not understand the difference between “catastrophist” and “denier.” **Developer response:** Sorry for the prior response. As with the classic film, "On The Beach" (post nuclear war) ... The Climate Trail presents a worst case scenerio for climate change. It's inspired by the short story "A Full Life" (MIT Press). Yes, it's meant to frighten people and many of the scenarios have occurred, but not yet on the scale of the game's story.
