## What is ClimateResponse?

Help your business reduce energy costs and earn incentives for supporting grid reliability.

The ClimateResponse® App enables customers to participate in utility demand response programs that reward facilities for reducing electricity use during periods of high grid demand.

Enroll in programs such as Arizona Public Service (APS) Flex Solutions and High Priority Program, San Diego Gas & Electric’s Emergency Load Reduction Program (ELRP) and Southern California Edison’s Emergency Load Reduction Program (ELRP) to earn incentives while helping maintain a stable and resilient energy grid.

When grid demand rises—such as during extreme heat or peak summer conditions—you’ll receive notifications prompting your facility to temporarily reduce electricity usage. Adjusting building systems, shifting processes, or reducing non-critical loads can generate financial rewards while supporting grid reliability.

ClimateResponse® gives energy managers and facility operators the tools to monitor usage, respond to demand events, and track program incentives in one place.

Key features:
1. Notifications to prompt your facility to temporarily reduce electricity usage.
2. Energy tracking: Monitor your energy usage and visualize your hourly, daily and monthly patterns.
3. Impact reporting: Track the impact on your carbon emissions.
4. Earning reporting: Track program earnings.

### 1/5 — Review

*2026-06-18*

I tried to create a log in and the system tells me this website doesn’t exist.
It’s clear they’re just making lists of emails and selling them.

### 5/5 — Convenient way to see energy usage

*2024-11-13*

ClimateResponse makes it easy to track my daily kWh usage by day, week, or month

### 1/5 — App is unusable

*2024-04-28*

After installing the most recent version I was able to login. However after being asked to verify my information I get a blank screen. I don't see any way to use this app. The link to the website version sent in the Power Saver Rewards Program email does the same thing ending up on a blank page.

### 1/5 — Worthless. Awful developer support

*2023-08-29*

The app constantly shows errors and displays no data. Clicking support say phone or email the developer, but that information is not listed anywhere in the app, and so far, I cannot find a source. Very helpful-NOT. Other complaints here are told to update the app. It’s at the latest version and I have seen no updates.

If this was not associated with our power company, I would list this app and developer as a scam.

If I’m supposed to get “rewards”, I have seen zero in almost a year.

### 1/5 — App worthless

*2023-08-27*

I can login but it just says it takes “several days to access my usage data.” This has been occurring for at least a month.

**Developer response:** Dear Customer, please reach out to our customer support team so we can look into this specific issue with your app account.

### 1/5 — Broken

*2023-07-11*

Will this app ever work? I can’t move past the login screen. Yes, I have the latest version.

**Developer response:** Dear App User, if you are still experiencing the issue please contact our customer support, so we can provide a solution.

### 1/5 — Useless App by PG&E

*2023-06-11*

App does not work. Screen is blank when I try to sign in. Was in contact with PG&E about the problems but no fixes put in place.

Concerned about this company having access to my data and since the app does not work, I cannot stop the access.

Horrible support, vendor does not respond.

DO NOT USE THIS APP.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that you are experiencing issues with the app. Please install the latest version of the app that addresses the fix.

### 2/5 — Doesn’t work

*2023-05-24*

App doesn’t do anything. Nothing happens when I click on “Get Started“.

**Developer response:** Thank you for raising this issue. Please update the app to the latest version which includes a fix for the issue you were experiencing.

### 1/5 — App not working

*2023-05-24*

I cannot get pass the Welcome page. I’ve tried restarting my phone, closing and reopening the app, and deleting the app and reinstalling it. The app does not work. I am using an iPhone 12 with iOS 16.5. Please help me resolve my problem.

**Developer response:** Please try updating to the latest version. We apologize for the inconvenience.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2023-05-02*

This app is worthless. It worked when I first installed and enrolled. I had to change my email password and ever since have the apps just opens to. Blank page and never shows any data. I tried using my old email address and of course the app replies that it is an invalid email.
I tried reaching out to my utility company and the said it was not their issue to resolve.

I also have never been able to find any means from Olivine in which to resolve this problem.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. Please update the app to the latest version, which has a fix for the issue you are describing.
