A CRM you will actually keep up to date. Most CRMs fail for one reason: after a good call you open the record and face fifteen empty fields. So you stop logging. Then the pipeline stops being true, and the reports stop being worth reading. Clinch is built for one salesperson, around one rule — if logging takes longer than five seconds, it does not get done. A PIPELINE YOU CAN USE ONE-HANDED One stage fills the screen and you swipe between them, so cards stay full width and readable. Tap the stage rail to move a deal forward, or back. Six stages, sensible odds and time limits are already set up on first launch — there is nothing to configure before you start. LOGGING THAT TAKES SECONDS Pick a type, tap save. The subject line is optional. A deal needs a name and nothing else, ever. Log a call you have already had in two taps, or schedule the next one in three. NOTHING GOES QUIET BY ACCIDENT The fastest way to lose a deal is to forget about it. Clinch flags every deal with no next step, every deal sitting in a stage too long, every one past its close date, and every one nobody has touched in a month — on their own screen, with the fix one tap away. REPORTING THAT SAYS SOMETHING • Weighted forecast — value multiplied by probability, the honest number • Pipeline velocity — with all four inputs shown, so you can see which one moved • A real conversion funnel, measured from the furthest stage each deal ever reached • Win and loss, with loss reasons ranked by what they cost you, not how often they came up • Quota pace against the calendar, so 60% means something in week eleven • Activity, separating genuine outreach from admin tasks NO AI None. Pick Car sales, Real estate, Insurance, Home services or General and Clinch sets up your stages, its vocabulary ("Test drive", "Showing"), your loss reasons, a follow-up plan and message templates to match. Real estate gets separate Buyer and Seller pipelines. Change it any time in Settings. COMMISSION Set a percentage or a flat amount and every deal shows what you'll make. Reports adds Earned this period and Expected commission on your open pipeline, and you can set a commission target. FOLLOW-UP PLANS "Day 1 call, day 3 text, day 7 email, day 30 check-in" — applied to a deal or person in one tap, and offered the moment you log a visit. Weekends roll to Monday. KEY DATES Birthdays, delivery and closing dates, lease ends and anniversaries, with a reminder the morning of and a Coming Up section on Today. Marking a deal won asks for its completion date and schedules a check-in. MESSAGE TEMPLATES Texts and emails with placeholders like {first_name}, opened in Messages or Mail ready to send. Nothing is sent for you.
