No facility to cancel incorrect order. (Realised I needed square pics which I had to re order) I placed order it took my money and then said "oops incorrect format" click retry which I have numerous times. Still no response. I don't even know if I'll get my order. The tracking details were false! I emailed Luke Heron the founder several times asking for help. Very disappointed in clingy and Luke.
