## What is Clinic C?

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 3.1.3 — 2026-10-08

See the sessions you've already paid for. Any course or block you've bought now appears on the home screen, showing how many sessions are left and when they expire, with a button to book the next one.

### 3.1.2 — 2026-10-08

A fresh new look for our monthly offer on the home screen.

### 3.1.1 — 2026-09-30

Refinements across the app to keep your visits clear and accurate.

• Your home screen always shows the right day and time at a glance.

• Completed visits move neatly into your past visits, so what's still to come stays easy to see.

• Reminders follow your phone's own time zone, wherever you are.

• Performance and stability improvements throughout.

Questions about a treatment or a booking? Message us any time from the Messages tab — it comes straight to the clinic.

### 3.1.0 — 2026-09-29

Your next appointment now appears at the top of the home screen, with the time, who you are seeing, directions to the clinic and a button to add it to your calendar.

We have also fixed a few things: appointments you have cancelled no longer show as upcoming, and the Forms tab now opens your own forms rather than a blank one.

### 3.0.0 — 2026-09-26

Welcome to the all-new Clinic C app.

We've redesigned everything from the ground up, so looking after yourself with us feels as calm and effortless as a visit to the clinic.

• A new home screen: your appointment on the day, your loyalty card and this month's offer, all at a glance
• A beautiful new loyalty card: collect a stamp every visit and watch your reward get closer
• Chat with the clinic: message our team and get replies right in the app, with notifications
• Simpler consultation forms: complete and sign before you arrive
• All your visits in one place, upcoming and past
• Explore Clinic C: treatments, news and more on our website, one tap away
• A stunning new look in dark and light, with support for larger text and screen readers
• Faster, smoother and more reliable throughout

Thank you for being part of Clinic C. We'd love to hear what you think.
