Stopped playing because they never opened another restaurant after the last one. Saw it in an ad and decided to give it another try. I am unable to connect to either Facebook or Apple ID. Whenever I try it keeps saying authorization canceled on FB and failure to connect to Apple. So I was ok starting my progress over but when I purchased the remove ads and 75 gems for $1.99, I received neither but the purchase was showing in my Apple account. Reached out to “support” which is just a box to send a message with no way of knowing if they received it.
