Game seems to be at a stand still. Only updates are for purchases. Will there be new levels?!? ### 4/5 — Need to be able to skip levels *2026-01-15, version 1.15.10* This is my favorite game! Buttt I wish there was a way to stay on the more challenging levels or even skip to them in new clinics. Some levels are so hard that it’s a fluke when you win without any of the help aids and would be fun to just keep trying to make it happen again. But to win the hardest level in a clinic only to open the game again and find yourself at baseline 0 in a new clinic is so insufferable at times. Please make it so you can go back to a previous challenging level while letting your kids play through the “easy levels” in a new clinic until it’s good enough for yourself. ### 4/5 — Too many pop ups and not enough coins *2025-10-07, version 1.15.10* While this is a super fun game to play. Its almost impossible to get enough coins to upgrade things. Other games of this type don’t make it as hard. The amount of pop ups to spend lots of your own money as well. Edit: There seem to be no new hospital levels and the stars in gathering are not going towards anything. You’d have to play the same level 40 times to even get enough coins to get ONE upgrade, and that wont let you win the level. No balance between how much you earn per level and how expensive upgrades are. Basically, they want you to buy the diamonds- dont fall for it. It’s a waste your time kind of game so play for fun, but you’ll see a thousand pop ups for purchases. There is no way to progress if you’re not paying regularly. Sometimes the game play doesn’t work as it should, but that would be minor if I was able to advance without spending more and more money. If you don’t invest real money to buy in game currency to upgrade items and people you will be stuck on the same level for a long time!!! There are also so many side games and collecting stickers that really don’t need to be part of the game (filler) the time limit is also a little short for younger players (6yr old) who don’t have the time management skills quite yet nor their coordination down. Clicking on items is frustrating as it picks the item next to it or not at all which takes time away. If you run out of time the amount they want you to spend to continue the game or lose progress is outrages. Money hungry much? I have enough upgrades that it should be beatable but it’s impossible without spending a fortunate in jewels to get extra time. I love this came first and foremost. However I am now on level 584 but haven’t had any new tasks since Aloha health center. I have 63 stars and no tasks to use them. Although I love this game, it’s kind of frustrating that I can’t progress. Is there anything that could be done or when do you guys expect to have more tasks? Most times can not even play one episode. ### 2/5 — Review *2025-01-05, version 1.15.4* This is a good game but unfortunately I don’t like how when you touch something to give to patient or do something with patient the game acts like you didn’t tap anything and then you have to turn around and tap it again while she just standing there and then all of a sudden you lose your level. I have played before and deleted the game because of that now it’s doing it again. It’s so funny it only does that when you get kinda far in the game or far in the game almost like the game is cheating to get you to spend money on coins and diamonds. The game developer really needs to fix this flaw asap. It’s 2025 let’s get it right game developers. You have to tap something several times to get the slow nurse to do the task. Being a time mgmt game that is a major problem. You run out of time so I can’t beat the level. And the diamonds are worthless cause u have to have a lot in order to use them but the only give u 2 at a time, forcing u to buy them. What a scam. It’s very fun and has different challenges for each level or hospital. If I had one complaint.. the upgrades are SO expensive compared to how much I make during the levels. I’m not able/willing to pay real money in this game so I rely on the ads to earn extra rewards, however the rewards are so small and don’t make a dent in an upgrade.
